Experts Agree: Gunman Fired First In Deadly Miramar Hostage Stand-off

Cops did what they had to do.

Two experts agree with an NBC6 investigation of last week's deadly standoff ending with 2 gunmen and two innocent civilians killed in Miramar.

Michael Feiler, an attorney who has sued police in the past and Jack Dale, a former Broward Sheriff's Office Colonel who oversaw Internal Affairs have reviewed synced witness and overhead chopper camera footage.

They agree that at that Flamingo and Miramar stop, one of the suspects fired first. The question now, according to Dale, is could the chase have ended prior to the Miramar stop? Pending police investigations may answer that.
